US Congress To Push For National Biometric ID For All Americans

After largely failing to prod state governments into developing a national identification system known as “REAL ID,” Republican lawmakers in Congress are once again pushing an Obama-backed scheme that would force every American to have a national ID card containing sensitive biometric data. 

The controversial plan, embedded in an immigration-enforcement bill, has been in the works for years, but has consistently been met with stiff opposition from liberty-minded grassroots organizations and activists. While the plan has failed in previous Congresses thanks to a groundswell of opposition, critics of the measure say that without prompt action, the unconstitutional scheme could soon become a reality. 

The legislation, officially dubbed the “Legal Workforce Act” (H.R. 1147), would mandate a National Biometric ID card for every American as a condition of working. It would also force every employer in America to purchase and use so-called “E-Verify technology” to confirm whether potential employees have government permission to work. Finally, it would create a massive federal database containing sensitive data on virtually every person in the country — a database that could easily be expanded to include even more information.

5 Charts Which Show That The Next Economic Crash Is Dead Ahead

When an economic crisis is coming, there are usually certain indicators that appear in advance.  For example, commodity prices usually start to plunge before a recession begins.  And as you can see from the Bloomberg Commodity Indexwhich you can find right here, this has already been happening.  In addition, I have previously written about how the U.S. dollar went on a great run just before the financial collapse of 2008.  This is something that has also been happening over the past few months.  Some people would have you believe that nobody can anticipate the next great economic downturn and that to try to do so is just an exercise in “guesswork”.  But that is not the case at all.  We can look back over history and see patterns that keep repeating.  And a lot of the exact same patterns that happened just before previous stock market crashes are happening again right now.

For example, let’s talk about the price of oil.  There are only two times in history when the price of oil has fallen by more than 50 dollars in a six month time period.  One was just before the financial crisis in 2008, and the other has just happened…

As a result of crashing oil prices, we are witnessing oil rigs shut down in the United States at a blistering pace.  In fact, almost half of all oil rigs in the U.S. have already shut down.  The following commentary and chart come from Wolf Richter…

In the latest week, drillers idled another 41 oil rigs, according to Baker Hughes. Only 825 rigs were still active, down 48.7% from October. In the 23 weeks since, drillers have idled 784 oil rigs, the steepest, deepest cliff-dive in the history of the data:

We are looking at a full-blown fracking bust, and this bust is already having a dramatic impact on the economies of states that are heavily dependent on the energy industry.

The crash in oil prices is hammering the Texas economy.

The latest manufacturing outlook index from the Dallas Fed plunged again in March, to -17.4 from -11.2 in February, indicating deteriorating business conditions in the state.

Ouch.

But this pain is going to be felt far beyond Texas.  In recent years, Wall Street banks have made a massive amount of money packaging up energy industry loans, bonds, etc. and selling them off to investors.

If that sounds similar to the kind of behavior that preceded the subprime mortgage meltdown, that is because it is.

Now those loans, bonds, etc. are going bad as the fracking bust intensifies, and whoever is left holding all of this worthless paper at the end of the day is going to lose an extraordinary amount of money.  Here is more from Wolf Richter…

It suited Wall Street just fine: according to Dealogic, banks extracted $31 billion in fees from the US oil and gas industry and its investors over the past five years by handling IPOs, spin-offs, “leveraged-loan” transactions, the sale of bonds and junk bonds, and M&A.

That’s $6 billion in fees per year! Over the last four years, these banks made over $4 billion in fees on just “leveraged loans.” These loans to over-indebted, junk-rated companies soared from about $40 billion in 2009 to $210 billion in 2014 before it came to a screeching halt.

For Wall Street it doesn’t matter what happens to these junk bonds and leveraged loans after they’ve been moved on to mutual funds where they can decompose sight-unseen. And it doesn’t matter to Wall Street what happens to leverage loans after they’ve been repackaged into highly rated Collateralized Loan Obligations that are then sold to others.

At the same time, we are also witnessing a slowdown in global trade.  This usually happens when economic conditions are about to turn sour, and that is why it is so alarming that the total volume of global trade in January was down 1.4 percent from December.  According to Tyler Durden of Zero Hedge, that was the largest drop since 2011…

Presenting the latest data from the CPB Netherlands Bureau for Economic Policy Analysis, according to which in January world trade by volume dropped by a whopping 1.4% from December: the biggest drop since 2011!

We are seeing some troubling signs in the U.S. as well.

I shared the following chart in a previous article, but it bears repeating.  It comes from Charles Hugh Smith, and it shows that new orders for consumer goods are falling at a rate not seen since the last recession…

Well, what about the stock market?  It was up more than 200 points on Monday.  Isn’t that good news?

Yes, but the euphoria on Wall Street will not last for long.

When corporate earnings per share either start flattening out or start to decline, that is a huge red flag.  We saw this just prior to the stock market crash of 2008, and it is happening again right now.  The following commentary and chart come from Phoenix Capital Research…

According to CNBC, a lot of the “smart money” is pulling their money out of the stock market right now while the getting is good…

Recent market volatility has sent stock market investors rushing for the exits and into cash.

Outflows from equity-based funds in 2015 have reached their highest level since 2009, thanks to a seesaw market that has come under pressure from weak economic data, a stronger dollar and the the prospect of monetary tightening.

Funds that invest in stocks have seen $44 billion in outflows, or redemptions, year to date, according to Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Equity funds have seen outflows in five of the last six weeks, including $6.1 billion in just the last week.

It doesn’t matter if you are a millionaire “on paper” today.

What matters is if the money is going to be there when you really need it.

At the moment, a whole lot of people have been lulled into a false sense of complacency by the soaring stock market and by the bubble of false economic stability that we have been enjoying.

But under the surface, there is a whole lot of turmoil going on.

Those that are looking for the signs are going to see the next crisis approaching well in advance.

Those that are not are going to get absolutely blindsided by what is coming.

Kerry Desperate for Nuke Deal With Iran

With a Tuesday deadline looming for an agreement with Iran on its nuclear program, critics of the White House have accused Secretary of State John Kerry of being desperate to get a deal.

Former U.N. Ambassador John Bolton – one of those White House critics – says the United States and its allies may not walk away with a good deal, but he doesn't think that would stop Kerry from saying they did.

"John Kerry will declare success in Geneva even if he has to do it on April Fool's Day," Bolton said Monday on Fox News Channel's "On the Record with Greta Van Susteren."

"I will bet on it."

If so, Kerry won't have to wait long. Tuesday marks the negotiations' deadline.

Bolton also told Van Susteren he agrees with Syrian President Basher Assad, who told Charlie Rose in a "60 Minutes" interview broadcast Sunday that U.S. airstrikes aren't defeating Islamic State (ISIS) militants. ISIS may not be winning on the ground, but it is winning adherents throughout the world, he said.

Assad also told Rose he is willing to hold talks with the United States.

Bolton said this is the "optimal moment" for Assad because he knows that Obama is so desperate for a deal on the Iranian nuclear program that he thinks he can save his own regime in the process.

Your Pastor Knows When Martial Law Will Be Rolled Out

Is this roundup taking place in China, Iran or Russia? As many already know, this recently took place in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida in which “pretend” dissidents are rounded up as part of the Jade Helm 15 drill. Please note the straight line and the hands on the shoulders of those in front of them, as they were swept away to waiting white vans. We are witnessing the implementation of the Fourth Reich.

I think it is logical to assume that Jade Helm 15 will go live and it is a martial law extraction of dissidents exercise to be followed by full scale martial law. I have received many inquiries about when I believe martial law will be declared. Despite all the documentation and anecdotal evidence, on my own, I am not able to precisely determine the time of the implementation of martial law on the streets of America.

Even though it is not possible to know the date, without the information leaking from the inside, I do believe that there are “the chest pains before the heart attack”, which will provide the clues necessary to determine when martial law will be imposed.

Your Pastor Will Know the Date of Martial Law Implementation

Many people in the independent media have reported that an estimated 28,000 pastors were recruited by FEMA/DHS, as part of the Clergy Response Team, and that their initial and primary training was to tell their flock to obey the DHS version of Romans 13. Romans 13, in the King James version of the Bible, begins:

“Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.” Romans 13:1

Many of us have been quick to point out that this bastardization of the Romans 13 is designed to force compliance to government edicts who might not otherwise comply. Certainly all governments are not established by God. Were the governments of Stalin, Hitler, Pol Pot, all ordained by God? What about George the III?

All of Pastor Mansfield’s revelations stem from legislation known as, The National Emergency Centers Act or HR 645 which mandates the establishment of “national emergency centers” to be located on military installations for the purpose of providing “temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance to individuals and families dislocated due to an emergency or major disaster,” according to the bill.

The legislation also states that the camps will be used to “provide centralized locations to improve the coordination of preparedness, response, and recovery efforts of government, private, and not-for-profit entities and faith-based organizations”. Hence, the birth of NOVAD and the Clergy Response Teams.

The bill also provides that the camps can be used to “meet other appropriate needs”, as determined by the Secretary of Homeland Security. This is a carte blanche mandate that many fear could mean the forced detention of American citizens in the event of widespread rioting following a national emergency or a total economic collapse.

Pastor Mansfield’s Clergy Response Team Training Is Very Telling

Pastor Mansfield attended several briefings and he could barely believe his ears. He learned of the government’s plan to enact martial law as well as to implement forced population relocations. Mansfield emphasized that when martial law is enacted, the enforcement would be immediate. In other words, family members will be separated from each other and part of the training that the clergy received was how to comfort separated family members. It doesn’t take much imagination to conclude that this is what we are seeing from the horrifying images from Ft. Lauderdale and the Death Domes throughout Texas.

Pastor Mansfield told me that the pastors were trained by FEMA to go to homes where people refused to be relocated by the authorities and their immediate job was to convince the reluctant to willingly go to the relocation camps. Ostensibly, this was to be done in lieu of sending in the SWAT teams.

I asked Mansfield if FEMA camps were real and he stated that much of the clergy training focused around this scenario of pastors operating within the forced relocation centers. The main goal of a pastor assigned was to bring order and encourage compliance with DHS requests, hence, the emphasis on Romans 13.

Disturbingly, Pastor Mansfield reiterated several times that the number one job of these pastors is to calm down the detainees and encourage their compliance within the people’s new surroundings.

Pastor Mansfield also stated that pastors will be utilized as informants. This violates the legal privilege of confidentiality between pastor and church-goer, that is currently recognized by law. All church-goers can no longer trust the sanctity of personal confessions and revelations made to pastors and priests. This one illegal act by DHS completely undermines the Christian Church in America!

DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE CLERGY RESPONSE TEAM WILL BE UTILIZED IN THE EXTRACTION PROCESS OF AMERICANS, TO FORCED INTERNMENT/RESETTLEMENT CAMPS, THESE “TEAM” MEMBERS REPRESENT THE BEST CLUE WE HAVE AS TO WHEN MARTIAL LAW WILL BE CARRIED OUT. 

I strongly suspect that the Clergy Response Teams are a part of Jade Helm 15 and simply listed as DHS personnel. With a minimum of 28,000 pastors being a part of this dastardly plan, we need to all put our pastors under our watchful eye. Is your Pastor disappearing for unexplained periods of time? Network with people you know from other churches. Are your respective Pastors disappearing at the same time? Can you account for your Pastor’s travels? This past weekend, at Baylor University, Christians from all over the Southwest came together at Baylor’s football stadium for fellowship at an event referred to as the “Gathering“. Given the political climate in Texas, I am a little more than suspicious that this event did not bring together several Clergy Response Team members for additional training under NOVAD. Again, we need to be putting our Pastors under scrutiny because we have 28,000 Judases in our midst. 

 Clergy Response Team Members Are Intimidated and Threatened by DHS

Mansfield told me that the pastors in America are being coerced to participate because when an emergency is declared, no pastor, who does not have the “FEMA-trained government badge” will be allowed to be in a declared “emergency” SAFE area.

Pastor Mansfield also felt very strongly this was the government’s way of removing Jesus from America’s landscape and set the stage for the ushering in of a new-age religion. In fact, Mansfield shared with me documentation which demonstrated DHS’s attempt to remove Jesus from the entire internment/resettlement process.

The pastors were told not to quote Scripture. The DHS document which was prepared for the pastors clearly stated that Scripture had been used to “oppress” people in the past and the presenters strongly discouraged its use. Please see the following excerpt from one of the DHS training manuals:

Healing Scripture and Prayer In the Pastoral Crisis Intervention

“During a time of crisis people do go through a  “crisis of faith.”

Sometime quick mention of God and scripture may not be helpful. As we all know the Scripture has been used to oppress, dominate and at the same time used for healing and reconciliation- renewing of relationship with God and people. If the pastor senses it is appropriate to use the scripture and prayer, it must carefully be done for healing of victims not to uphold pastoral authority.” (Page 14)  

In other words, all legitimate pastoral authority was abrogated by the pastors who participated in the roundup of American citizens.

Also on page 14 of the same training document, pastors were admonished to avoid“Unhealthy God talk….” Specifically pastors are ordered to avoid using references to God when helping people cope with the loss of a loved one:

        “4. God must have needed him/her more than you.”

        “5. God never gives more than we can handle.“

Conclusion

Doesn’t this strike you as odd? DHS recruits Pastors but will not let them preach the Word of God? Can we think of anyone or anything else that might support this goal? Please allow me to provide another hint:

What does “Master the Human Domain” mean?

The artwork of Jade Helm 15 is bizarre and troubling. Please note the broken arrows. In military parlance, broken arrow means that a military unit’s perimeter has been overrun and defeat imminent. The meaning here is easy to extrapolate.

Originally, I was stumped by the phrase that accompanied the symbol for Jade Helm 15, “Master the Human Domain”. This is not a phrase that is in our American colloquialisms. On the surface, it appears to mean that this drill is about the enslavement of humanity? Certainly, the Obama administration would not be so bold, even if this was their intent, to so brazenly put this phrase as moniker for a major operation. Wouldn’t that alert the public that something evil was afoot? Or, has this plot gone so far that they do not care?

Upon closer examination, the fact that the term “Human Domain” is used, it makes me wonder what would the “Un-Human Domain” consist of? And certainly the word “Master” does strongly imply slavery. And who is unhuman enough to be interested in enslaving humanity? The only possible answer is the Prince of Darkness. There is no other way to interpret this moniker for Jade Helm 15.

Now we know who the real enemy is. We also know that this rapture in reverse (i.e. “disappearing Pastors”) is a warning sign of impending martial law, the question remains, what are we going to do about it?

Japan "Wakes Up," Joins China-led Development Bank (And Then Backs Out)

It’s official: the US is on its own when it comes to opposing the China-led Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (see here for full summary of AIIB developments). We suppose it was only a matter of time, but news that Japan will seek membership in a matter of months will likely still come as somewhat of a surprise to Washington, given the otherwise tenuous relationship between the two countries and considering Japan’s leadership role in the ADB. Nevertheless, the Japanese have apparently come to the same conclusion as Australia and South Korea: not joining simply isn’t an option no matter how loudly the US protests. Here’s more from FT:

Japan is likely to join the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank within a few months, according to the country’s ambassador to Beijing, a move that would see Tokyo break ranks with Washington and leave the US as the only big holdout.

Masato Kitera told the Financial Times he agreed with Japanese business leaders’ belief that the country would sign up to the China-led development bank by June.

“The business community woke up late, but now they have mounted a big campaign for the AIIB which appears to be very effective,” Mr Kitera said…

A Japanese move to join the bank would be a reversal of rhetoric and, for China, the biggest coup yet given the fractious relationship between the two Asian powers.

Japan also has strong links to the rival Asian Development Bank, the head of which it traditionally appoints, and has in the past questioned the need for a new bank...

No country was seen to be as supportive of the US position as Japan — in part because many officials in both countries saw the AIIB as a direct challenge to the Japanese-controlled Asian Development Bank.

But Japanese executives look on China’s ambitious plans to help build infrastructure in the region as a huge business opportunity, as well as a chance to help repair frayed relations.

So in the end, money does indeed talk, and the possibility that the $50 billion venture may serve to shore up relations between Beijing and Tokyo has apparently proven sufficient to outweigh “concerns” about the fund’s lending standards. Of course, as we’ve noted on any number of occasions, the only real concerns about the bank revolve around the degree to which China uses the institution as an instrument of foreign policy, something Beijing has sought to play down even as it pushes for loans to be denominated in yuan. The ball is now in Washington’s court in terms of adopting a stance towards the bank that strikes a face-saving balance between caution and acceptance.

In a preview of an upcoming documentary on French TV, Dr. Patrick Moore tells a Canal+ interviewer that glyphosate, the active ingredient in Roundup herbicide, was not increasing the rate of cancer in Argentina.

“You can drink a whole quart of it and it won’t hurt you,” Moore insists.

“You want to drink some?” the interviewer asks. “We have some here.”

“I’d be happy to, actually,” Moore replies, adding, “Not really. But I know it wouldn’t hurt me.”

“If you say so, I have some,” the interviewer presses.

“I’m not stupid,” Moore declares.

“So, it’s dangerous?” the interviewer concludes.

But Moore claims that Roundup is so safe that “people try to commit suicide” by drinking it, and they “fail regularly.”

“Tell the truth, it’s dangerous,” the interviewer says.

“It’s not dangerous to humans,” Moore remarks. “No, it’s not.”

“So, are you ready to drink one glass?” the interviewer continues to press.

“No, I’m not an idiot,” Moore says defiantly. “Interview me about golden rice, that’s what I’m talking about.”

At that point, Moore declares that the “interview is finished.”

“That’s a good way to solve things,” the interviewer quips.

“Jerk!” Moore grumbles as he storms off the set.

Trends Analys Reveals The Future Of The Middle East

CORNELL UNIVERSITY WELCOMES ISIS CLUB & TRAINING CAMP

American universities and liberals in general like to show how super-tolerant they are by tolerating the intolerance of others. Lately they’ve tolerated, and even encouraged, Jew-hatred on campus just to show how truly tolerant they are. Impressive, no?

And now, apparently, one liberal university in particular is ready to tolerate ISIS on campus — yes, the same ISIS that beheads, rapes, tortures, and enslaves as part of its everyday radical Islamist credo.

That university is Cornell University, Ithaca, New York.

In the video below, James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas exposes, via an undercover agent posing as a Moroccan, Cornell’s willingness and encouragement to start an “ISIS Club” on campus and even start up a training camp right there in Ithaca.

Now that’s tolerance! Good for you, Cornell! Your alumni must be really proud that they attended your school and have contributed to your alumni funds.

"Who Is More Of A Threat: Obama Or Putin", Surprised By The Answer

People in the United States feel under threat, both from beyond our borders and within themand as Reuters reports, when asked about both U.S. President Barack Obama and Russian President Vladimir Putin, it was a pretty darn close call. A new Reuters/Ipsos poll finds a third of Republicans believe President Barack Obama poses an imminent threat to the United States, outranking concerns about Russian President Vladimir Putin and Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.

The blame, according to one sociologist, "the TV media here, and American politics, very much trade on fears."

On the bright side for the Administration, ISIS and Al Qaeda still outrank him as more imminent threats... so that's good (considering he is a Nobel Peace Prize winner).

A recent Reuters/Ipsos poll asked more than 3,000 Americans what they see as some of the biggest threats to themselves and the country. Overall it was close - 20% saw Putin as an imminent threat compared to 18% who said the same about Obama.

I think it’s safe to say that a national security expert might not agree with the public’s choices.

More people fear Boko Haram, a scary but ragged Islamic radical group in Nigeria that might have trouble paying for plane tickets to the United States, than Russia, which recently invaded a major European country. And a whopping 34 percent consider Kim Jong-un, the leader of impoverished North Korea, an imminent threat. Kim may have a couple of nukes, but otherwise his nation is a basket case, so poor that it relies on international aid to feed itself. Though considering how fast Sony Pictures pulled “The Interview” from theaters, I guess the public’s not alone in being afraid of the young man with the unique hairstyle.

Perhaps the most disturbing part, however, is how Americans view each other, simply because of the political party they favor. Thirteen percent of us see the Republican and Democratic parties as an imminent threat. That’s the same number who think the Chinese might be.

The Guardian also notes, a third of Republicans believe President Barack Obama poses an imminent threat to the United States, outranking concerns about Russian President Vladimir Putin and Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.

People who were polled were most concerned about threats related to potential terror attacks.

Islamic State militants were rated an imminent threat by 58% of respondents, and al Qaeda by 43%. North Korean Leader Kim Jong Un was viewed as a threat by 34%, and Iran’s Ayatollah Ali Khamenei by 27%.

Meanwhile, the world is certainly worried about the United States.

In a Gallup survey of people in 65 countries, about one quarter named the United States as the greatest threat to world peace.

Maybe that should not be so surprising, as only about half of Americans know which country was the only one to ever drop a nuclear bomb.

I have been incapacitated for the past 36 hours and am still not able to speak clearly. However, that does not mean that the flow of information regarding Jade Helm 15 has slowed down.

With regard to Jade Helm 15, there are enigmas upon mysteries based upon false flag events. And the biggest false flag event is tied to the notion that Russians have penetrated the territorial boundary of the lower 48. Yes, it is true that the Russians have a presence inside of the United States courtesy of the Obama administration. However, the notion that the Russians are preparing to arm Texas-based insurgents who favor withdrawing from the United States, is not true. The following does represent accurate reporting in so far of what has been released. However, the following represents a PSYOPS operation. In other words, it is a false flag.

The False Flag Premise

According to this scenario, The United States is arming the military forces of Georgia and the insurgents in Kiev. Russia views these actions by the U.S. as an act of war. In retaliation, Russian troops have been infiltrating the United States via Canada and they plan to support a civil war in the American Southwest which will commence in Texas. This premise further states that Jade Helm 15 (JH 15) is designed to stop the Russian attempts to ferment a civil war inside of the United States.

Jade Helm 15 and Common Sense

This information is flawed on its face. Geographically, it makes no sense for the Russians to initiate an action by coming in through Canada, which would be thousands of miles from their intended action. It makes infinitely more sense to initiate such an insurgency close to the target, in Mexico, where there is no security to speak of. Further, if JH15 is designed to thwart this Russian action, then why isn’t the drill being initiated at the point of territorial penetration, namely near the Canadian border. Also, Canada and the United States have very strong mutual defense treaties. If Russians were coming through our northern border without the permission of the Obama administration, the Canadians are obligated to act.

What we are witnessing here is an attempt on the part of the Obama administration to plant stories which support the Russian intent to wreak havoc inside our country. And they are doing it by hiding their disguised purpose in plain sight.

No American in their right mind would support a Russian inspired overthrow of the U.S. government, whether it would be in one state or in all 50 and this is exactly what the Obama administration is counting on.

As this information has been leaked to the alternative media, the reaction was predictable. Most Americans would come to support JH 15 if they were to come to believe that the “drill” was designed to stop such an action.

Death Domes and Edna, Texas

A very revealing clue as to the intent of JH 15 comes to us from the growing “coincidental” presence of Death Domes.  There are 28 known Death Domes in Texas.

The New York Times describes Death Domes as “dual use domes”. In the case of Edna, Texas, the local high school graciously accepted one such dome to double as its gymnasium as well as being a shelter against raging hurricanes. Death Domes can house thousands of unsuspecting Americans.

The Death Domes are nearly escape proof as the steel rods supporting the facility go 30 feet underground. The walls are double layered made of cinder block reinforced by steel bars. The most telling aspect of this death dome is that they are FEMA funded! Funny, I did not think that there was supposed to be any FEMA camps.

The True Purpose of Jade Helm

The release of the information that Russians are coming through Canada to start a civil in Texas is a PSYOPS, and not a very clever one at that.

As this false flag rumor begins to spread, the masses of sheep in this country will come to support any action designed to thwart such an action by the Russians.

Another revealing aspect of JH 15 is that the operations are to take place at night. When did the Nazi roundups of the Jews take place? The extractions took place at night.

On Friday March 27, 2015, I was interviewed by Nik Rajkovic,  a news reporter for NewsRadio 740 KTRH in Houston. In the course of the interview, Rajkovic informed me that he had interviewed a Sheriff’s Deputy and was told that Jade Helm 15 was practicing “extractions of dissidents”.  The extractions will transport the dissidents to the Death Domes for final disposition.

Following JH-15 will be a formal declaration of martial law.
